Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
- Adhere to TotalEnergies’ Golden Rules and all HSE standards
- Ensure compliance by staff, contractors, and customers
Customer Service & Order Processing
- Receive and process fuel orders
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders as per D+2 procedure
- Prepare and submit customer statements at the end of each month
- Reconcile customer accounts when necessary
- Monitor customer payments and ensure credit customers remain within terms
- Follow up on opening new customer accounts
- Process reversals, debit/credit notes as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and files, including:
- Customer orders
- Payment details
- Debit/credit notes
- Statements
- Correspondence and other relevant documents
- Participate in marketing activities to enhance company sales and profitability

- Minimum of two years of work experience (preferably in the petroleum industry)
- Proficiency in MS Office package
